Sensex rebounds into positive zone
At 12:43pm (IST), the BSE Sensex was trading at 19340, up 96 points over the previous close.

The NSE Nifty was quoting at 5,891, up 33 points over the previous close. It earlier touched a day’s high of 5,896 and a day’s low of 5823. It opened at 5,873.
The BSE Small-Cap index and BSE Mid- Cap index was trading down 0.02% and 0.38%.
RIL, TCS, SBI, ICICI Bank, Tata Steel, Hero MotoCorp, ONGC, Dr Reddys Lab, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Hindalco Inds, Wipro, NTPC, Bharti Airtel, Sun Pharma, BHEL, HDFC are among gainers in Sensex and Nifty.
Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, HDFC Bank, HUL are among losers in Sensex and Nifty.
Auto, Healthcare, Consumer Durables, HC, PSU, Realty, Capital Goods, Metal, IT,Oil and Gas, Teck ,Power, indices are the gainers.
Oil and Gas , Bankex, Capital Goods, Metal, are the gainers.
The Reserve bank of India (RBI) in its mid-quarter review of monetary policy kept policy rates unchanged on Tuesday.
RBI has been decided to keep the cash reserve ratio (CRR) of scheduled banks unchanged at 4.25% of their net demand and time liabilities; and keep the policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility (LAF) unchanged at 8.0 per cent.
Consequently, the reverse repo rate under the LAF will remain unchanged at 7.0 per cent, and the marginal standing facility (MSF) and the Bank Rate at 9.0 per cent.
