Any new destinations you are looking at India or abroad?
We are planning to come up with a 5 star hotel in Noida soon.
What is the trend in average room rates?
The rates have definitely increased, but to a limited extent, compared to the price hikes recently across industries. To make any hotel / place a perfect destination for business guests requires great infrastructure with other facilities like local luxury transport, great tourist attractions, recreation facilities for people to indulge in and basically the smallest of details to be catered to.
It is a proven fact, that 60-70% of business customers that come to a destination, are bound to return for a leisure trip at some time later, only if their business trip has been an eventful one.
