(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.07.2023) In continuation to our earlier announcement uploaded on 28th July 2023 regarding intimation of Book Closure dates for 55th AGM. We are herewith uploading the updated announcement in this regard. The details are as follows: Cut off Dates - 16th August 2023 Book Closure dates for 55th AGM and Dividend if any- 17th August 2023 to 21st August 2023 e-voting- 18th August 2023 at 9 AM IST to 20th August 2023 at 5 PM IST.
