Please be informed that Re-appointment of Mr. Alfered Arambhan as a Managing Director, Change in Designation of Mrs. Nalini Armabhan from Executive to Non-Executive Director and Regularise the appointment of Mr. Shaileshkumar Nahar as an Independent Director of the Company were approved at the 14th AGM of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.09.2023) Please find enclosed herewith the Voting Results and Consolidated Scrutinizers Report of the 14th AGM of the Company.
