This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Bazel International Ltd. (the Company) in their meeting held on 03rd August, 2023 (Thursday), which commenced at 05:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:30 P.M. passed the items as attached. The Notice of the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th day of August, 2023 was placed on the table and the same was unanimously approved by the Board. The 41st AGM will be held on Tuesday, 29th day of August, 2023 at 02:00 P.M at II-B/20, First Floor, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024. As Attached (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023)
