Final Dividend on May 11, 2023, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 13, 2023 to Wednesday, July 19, 2023 (both the days inclusive) for taking on record of the members of the Company for the purpose of holding 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and payment of Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. Please find enclosed herewith Outcome of 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held today i.e. Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Please find enclosed herewith proceedings of the 38th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OVAM). (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 19/07/2023) In accordance with the Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclosed herewith the voting results of 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 in the prescribed format along with the report of the Scrutinizer on remote e-voting and e-voting at the 38th Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 20/07/2023)
