The instruction details of (i) registering / updating email addresses, (ii) casting vote through remote e-voting and (iii) attending the AGM through VC / OAVM has been set forth in the Notice of the AGM. The Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23, including the Notice convening Annual General Meeting, being sent to the members through electronic mode, is enclosed for your record.
