Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Registrar of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from 23rd September, 2023 to 29th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 31st AGM of the Company to be held on 29th September, 2023. We would like to further inform you that the Company has fixed 22nd September, 2023 as the CUT-OFF DATE for determining the eligibility of the Members for voting.
