AGM 28/06/2023 Publication of Notice of Information regarding the 49th Annual General Meeting and other relevant information As per attached letter (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 23.05.2023) We hereby inform you that the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 28th June, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance, with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Please find enclosed herewith the Notice of the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
