With reference to above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the 39th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 02:00 p.m. through video conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual means(OVAM). Further, the cut off date for determining the members eligible to attend and vote at the AGM of the Company is Friday, 22nd September, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 30.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, please find enclosed herewith proceedings of the 39th AGM of the Company held today i.e. 29th September, 2023 at 02:00 p.m. through Video conferencing facility.
