Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company in respect of the Equity Shares shall remain closed on and from Sunday, the 24th September, 2023 to Saturday, the 30th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30th September, 2023. Further we are enclosing herewith copy of Annual Report 2022-23 in compliance of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Disclosure of Voting Results of the 30th Annual General Meeting as per Regulations 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
