(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 21/09/2023) We hereby submit the results of e-voting and physical voting conducted at the 30th AGM held on 21/09/2023 along with the Scrutinisers Report. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 23/09/2023) The 30th AGM of the Company was held on September 21, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Registered Office of the Company and concluded at 11:50 am.
