The meeting is commenced on 12:00 noon to 12:18 p.m. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/09/2023) The Company has submitted Stock Exchange Voting Results and Scrutinizer Report of AGM held on 27th September, 2023 through VC/OAVM facility.
