AGM 30/09/2023 We wish to inform that the Company will provide remote e-voting facility to its members to vote electronically on all resolutions as set out in the Notice of 42nd AGM and also during the AGM through e-voting system. The remote e-voting shall commence on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 09:00 a.m. and end on Saturday, September 29, 2023 at 05:00 p.m. The Cut-off date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders to exercise remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM is Saturday, September 23, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 08.09.2023) The Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Means. We enclose herewith the voting results as per Regulations 44 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the Scrutinizers Report thereon.
