Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 22 and all other applicable Regulations of Securities Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 as amended, read with circulars and guidelines issued thereunder, from time to time including any statutory modifications or amendment or re-enactments thereof for the time being in force (the InvIT Regulations), and subject to other laws and regulations, we hereby inform that the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Unitholders of India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 11.00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). In accordance with the InvIT Regulations, pls. find attached the Notice convening the 6th AGM of IndiGrid and Annual Report along with annexures for the financial year 2022-2023. Further to our letter dated June 29, 2023 and pursuant to applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended, read with circulars, notifications, and guidelines issued thereunder from time to time (including any statutory modifications or amendments or re-enactments thereof for the time being in force) (the InvIT Regulations), we hereby submit the copy of newspaper advertisement published on June 30, 2023 in Financial Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi) inter-alia to intimate Unitholders and interested stakeholders of India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) regarding 6th Annual General Meeting of IndiGrid scheduled to be held on Friday, July 28, 2023, at 11.00 a.m. IST, through video conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/06/2023) Outcome of the 6th Annual General Meeting of India Grid Trust held on July 28, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/07/2023)
