This is to inform that 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the company will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 10.30 A.M at The Playce, Marathon Maxima, Lalbahadur Shastri Rd, Near Sonapur Signal, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080. 2. The Company has fixed September 22, 2023 as the Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote and to attend the AGM. 3. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the company will remain closed from 23rd September, 2023 to 29th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the company. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Notice convening the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 10:30 A.M at The Playce, Marathon Maxima, Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd, Near Sonapur Signal, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080. You are requested to take the same on record.
