The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 25-9-2023 through Video Conferencing (VC) facility or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) and the Register of members will be closed from 19-9-2023 t0 25-9-2023E (Beth days inclusive). The Board of Directors have approved the Notice to the shareholders for the 28 Annual General Meeting. In compliance of Regulation 34(1) Annual report of the company for the year 2022-23 is attached.
