I attach summary of proceedings of 31st Annual General Meeting held through VC on 26th September, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 30 of LODR, Regulations 2015 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30, we hereby inform Prerana Bokil be appointed as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 01.10.2023 for a period of five years at the annual general meeting of company held on 26-09-2023. We attach voting results of AGM of Company held on 26.09.2023 pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 27.09.2023)
