This is to inform you that the 30th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 and the E voting period for AGM commence on Sunday, 24th September, 2023 (10:00 IST) and ends on Tuesday, 26th September, 2023(5:00 IST) (both days inclusive).
