This is to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 20th September 2023 at 3:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer book will remain closed from Thursday 14th September, 2023 to Wednesday 20th September, 2023(Both day inclusive). In pursuance of Ministry of Corporate affairs Circular No. 14/2020 dated 8th April 2020, 17/2020 dated 13th April 2020, 20/2020 dated 5th May 2020, 21/2021 dated 14th December 2021 and 10/2022 dated 28th December 2022. Please find enclosed herewith Copies of newspaper clippings which has been published in the newspapers - the Echo of India (English) and Arthik Lipi (Bengali) today i.e. on 22.08.2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 22/08/2023) Please find attached the outcome of 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today i.e Wednesday 20th September 2023 through Video Conferencing/ other audio visual means. This is in compliance with the Provision of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) 2015. You are requested to take the same on your record.
