A Copy of the same is attached for information to shareholders. Proceedings of the 79th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.09.2023) Pursuant to the Regulation 44 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the details of voting results of 79th Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM). We are also enclosing herewith the Scrutinizers Report. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/09/2023) Revised proceedings of the 79th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023.
