The Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (the Company), at its meeting held today viz. Friday, 28th April 2023, have, inter-alia, approved the following: The 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, 28th July 2023. In compliance with Regulation 42 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 22nd July 2023 to Friday, 28th July 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of Dividend (subject to Tax Deducted at Source), if declared at the ensuing AGM of the Company to be held on Friday, 28th July 2023.
