With reference to Regulation 47(1)(b) read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the newspaper clippings published in Desh Sewak (Punjabi) and Financial Express (English) on Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 2023 in respect of notice of 38th Annual General Meeting and remote e-voting information.
