Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 23rd Day of September, 2023 to Friday, 29th Day of September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 43rd Annual General Meeting and payment of Final Dividend for FY 2022-23. We would further like to inform that the Company has fixed Friday, 22nd September, 2023 as the cutoff date/record date for the purpose of remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM and Final Dividend of FY 2022-23 respectivly, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form.
