Intimation of Record Date for purpose of Fifteenth (15th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company and Dividend. Pursuant to Regulation 34 read with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 to be approved and adopted in the 15th (Fifteenth) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means. In compliance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 is being sent through electronic mode to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Companys RTA or Depository Participant(s). This Annual Report is also available on the website of the Company i.e. www.montecarlocorporate.com. Results- Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 30.06.2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 07.08.2023) Voting Results and Scrutinizer Report for the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 01/09/2023)
