Voting result pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. Consolidated Scrutinizers Report on remote e-voting together with votes casted by way of poll process at the AGM held on Monday, 28th August, 2023 at 1:00 P.m. Pursuant to Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/08/2023)
