Recommendation of dividend subject to approval of members @ 225% viz. INR 4.50 per equity share of INR 2/- each for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM. Proceedings of 38th AGM held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 through video conferencing.
