Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) 2015, please find enclosed herewith proceedings of the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday , September 30, 2023 at 5:00 P.M through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
