Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from 22nd July 2023 to 28th July 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of members of company for 33rd Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31st March 2023. Company has fixed Friday 21st July 2023 as the Cut Off date for the shareholders of the company holding shares in demat form , who may cast their vote electronically.
