Scrutinizers Report 3. Voting results. Voting Results and Scrutinizers Report as on 13th September, 2023. Shareholders have approved the shifting of Registered office of the Company from 82/6/1, Solar Park, Shop no.6 Pune-Alandi Road, Dattanagar, Dighi Pune-411015 to S.No. 1A, F-1, Irani Market Compound, Yerwada, Pune-411006. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 14/09/2023) Clarification on delay in submission of Proceeding of the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 08.04.2024)
