Copy of the same is attached herewith. Disclosure Under regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, detailed Voting Results along with Scrutinizer Report of the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, September 30, 2023 which was scheduled at 03.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OVAM).
