In pursuant to regulation 30 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the copies of the newspaper publication of Intimation of 39th Annual General Meeting of the company, scheduled to be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM through the video-conferencing (VC)/ other audio-visual means (OAVM). In terms of Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we enclose herewith the voting results and Consolidated Scrutinizers Report with respect to the 39th AGM of the Company held on Friday 29th September, 2023 at 11:AM through VC/OAVM.
