The 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday ,18th September, 2023 and Register of members and Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, 10th September, 2023 to Sunday, 17th September, 2023 for such Annual general Meeting. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 23/08/2023) Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Monday, 18th September, 2023 along with the clippings of English Newspaper Financial Express and Hindi Newspaper Jansatta dated 25th August, 2023 in which AGM Notice has been published. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/08/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, proceedings of 29th AGM of SADHNA BROADCAST LIMITED (the Company) held on 18th September, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 1:07 P.M. is hereby provided for your record.
