AGM 29/08/2023 We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 28, 2023 has approved the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the SBI Life Insurance Company Limited to be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 04:00 PM (IST) through VC/OAVM facility and without the physical presence of the shareholders at a common venue. Other relevant details are being provided in the notice of AGM, which will be issued in due course. Please find enclose copies of newspaper publication w.r.t. 23rd Annual General Meeting published in Financial Express and Loksatta on July 29, 2023. The same is also hosted on website of the Company at www.sbilife.co.in (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith copies of newspaper advertisement published in Financial Express and Loksatta on August 05, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05.08.2023) The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 04:00 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 05:20 P.M. (IST), through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In this regards, we are enclosing the following: a) Summary of proceedings of 23rd AGM, b) Voting results in the format prescribed under regulation 44 of SEBI LODR, c) Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer dated August 29, 2023, issued by M/s.
