We would like to inform you that 38th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on 27th September 2023 at 5.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing/other audio visual means. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from 21st September 2023 to 26th September 2023 (Both days Inclusive) for the purpose of 38th AGM . The Record Date for 38th AGM is 20th September 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05.09.2023) With reference to the relevant provision of Regulation 30 Part -A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, please find the the enclosed proceeding of the 38th AGM of the members of the Company held on Wednesday, 27th September 2023.
