AGM 30/09/2023 With reference to the subject cited above, we hereby inform that the 8th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday 30th Day of September, 2023 at 2.00 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company situated at 8, Bhatt Ji Ki Baari, Udaipur, Rajasthan-313001 India. Pursuant to the provisions of section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, 24th Day of September, 2023 to Saturday, 30th Day of September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 8th Annual General Meeting. Cut-off Date for determining eligibility of Members for voting electronically as well as at Annual General Meeting is September 23rd, 2023. We request you to kindly take note of the above.
