Enclosing Newspaper advertisement published on 30.08.2023 in Financial Express (in English) and Mumbai Lakshadweep (in Marathi) regarding Notice of 44th AGM of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 30.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing voting results alongwith scrutinizers report for the Annual General Meeting held on 23.09.2023 Proceedings of 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on today i.e 23rd September, 2023.
