(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05.09.2023) With reference to the captioned subject matter, please find enclosed herewith the proceedings of the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023 at 11.00 A.M. Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 meeting of Members of the Company held on Saturday, 30 September 2023 at 11.00 AM and concluded at 12.00 PM approved following: 1. Reappointment of Mr. Ritesh Chopra (DIN:08194656) Independent Director of Company for second term of 5 years; 2. Reappointment of Ms. Renu Jain (DIN: 08069474) Independent Director of Company for second term of 5 years; 3. Appointment of Director in place of Mr. Ashwin Pukhraj Jain (DIN: 00173983) Director of Company who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023)
