Book Closure Dates from Saturday, 26/08/2023 to Saturday, 02/09/2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend and 88th Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 13.07.2023) Members at their 88th AGM held on 2nd September, 2023 have passed the Special Resolution for re-appointment of Shri Bharatbhai Patel as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for further period of five years with effect from 1st April, 2023.
