AGM 28/09/2023 This is to inform that pursuant to circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 28th September, 2023 at 02:00 P.M. Through VC/OAVM (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 08.08.2023) puruant to the regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI(LODR) Regulation, 2015 as amended, we are pleased to inform you that th 12th AGM of the members of the Company duly convened and held today i.e., 28th September, 2023 at 02:00 PM (IST) through VC/OAVM. We have enclosed summary of the proceedings of the 12th AGM for your information and record. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/09/2023) Pursuant to Regulations 44(3) of LODR we give below the result of Remote-evoting and e-voting results at the Annual General Meeting of the members duly convened and held on Thursday 28th September, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.09.2023)
