Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI(LODR), 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Voting Result of the business transacted at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Today i.e. Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. through VC/OAVM facility in the prescribed format along with Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer on Voting through electronic means (i.e. remote e-voting and voting at the AGM). (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 14/09/2023)
