Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR)Regulations, we enclose the copy of newspaper advertisement published in todays Deshabhimani (Malayalam), and Financial Express intimating about the 33rd AGM of the Company scheduled on Thursday, September 28,2023 at 12.00 noon through V.C/OAVM. Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) and 34(1) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2022-23 together with the Notice of the 33rd AGM which are being sent through electronic mode to the members of the Company, whose email addresses are registered with the Company or RTA or Depositories. Kindly take this on record. pursuant to regulation 34(1) of SEBI LODR Regulations, we are submitting herewith the copy of 33rd Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2022-23 together with the Notice of the 33rd AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from September 22,2023 to September 28,2023 for the purpose of 33rd AGM of the Company scheduled on September 28,2023 at 12.00 Noon.
