(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 19.05.2023) Notice of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Report 2022-23 We would like to inform that the 23rd AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 2.30 P.M. (IST) through Video-Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) pursuant to the General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
