We wish to inform you that the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, 28th July, 2023 at 11.00 A.M. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) to transact the business as set out in the notice convening the said Annual General Meeting which is e-mailed to the shareholders of the Company. Further according to attachments This is to inform you that the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 28th July, 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) to transact the business as set out in the notice convening the said Annual General Meeting which is e-mailed to the shareholders of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, please find attached herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2021-2022 along with the Notice of 34th Annual General Meeting. Notice of the AGM along with Annual Report for the financial year 2021-2022 is enclosed and is also being sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s).
