| Ajit P Menon Head - Investment Banking |
| Ajit has twenty five years of experience in banking, fourteen years of which have been in American Express Bank, where his last position was Senior Director – Corporate Finance & Advisory Services based out of London. He has deep relationships with many Indian business houses from his corporate banking experience. His expertise includes M&A, equity and debt capital raising, secondary placements of equity, derivative structures on equity and debt products, and debt syndication. He advised emerging market corporate and banks in Eastern Europe, Middle East and India on equity placements and debt raisings in the international markets out of London. Ajit has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a Post Graduate Diploma in International Management from IMI, New Delhi and a Masters degree in Management Sciences from the London Business School and is a Sloan Fellow.

| Graham spent ten years as a corporate finance specialist , and his last position was as a board director of Samuel Montagu & Co Ltd, a leading merchant bank, which was part of Midland Bank and now part of HSBC. Graham was responsible for the full range of corporate finance work including takeovers, capital raisings, restructurings and other corporate advisory. Graham left Samuel Montagu to co-found an investment company that became one of UK’s largest commercial property investment groups. Graham is a Chartered Accountant, has a Masters degree in Management Sciences from the London Business School, a Doctorate in research for Business Strategy from Oxford University, and is a Sloan Fellow.

Anand K Panchapagesan was with a Bloomberg top ten ranked boutique investment bank which is very active in the Indian Mid-Market Investment Banking Business. Anand has worked on M&A and Private Equity transactions in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare , Information Technology & the Food service sectors. His work experience include stints at Larsen & Toubro and Reliance Industries.
Anand is a MBA from the London Business School, and is a graduate engineer from BITS Pilani.

| Pinkesh has rejoined India Infoline after 3 years with Anand Rathi Securities where he was instrumental in setting up the merchant banking division and private equity desk. His responsibilities included business acquisition, reviewing transactions and leading teams handling public offerings. During his first association with India Infoline, he held several responsible positions and was Financial Controller of the group when he left. He is a Chartered Accountant.

| Piyush joined us from ICICI Bank Ltd. He worked with the SME group to raise private equity capital for the clients. He also has experience in evaluating & funding small BOT projects. Piyush is a post graduate from IIM Lucknow and holds a Bachelors degree in IT from Gujarat University.

| Kunal Pawaskar |
| Kunal was working with Cognizant Technology Solutions in a business analysis role in the risk & compliance and mortgage areas. Prior to this, he has worked with SBI Capital Markets in the areas of project finance, debt syndication and credit appraisal. Kunal is a post graduate from IIM Indore and is a graduate engineer in Electronics & Telecommunication from Mumbai University.
