Sensex rallies 100 points; capital goods, banking stocks gain

In the broader market, the CNX Nifty Junior, Midcap and the Smallcap indices are up 0.3-0.6 percent each. The BSE Sensex so far has touched a high of 27,675, and a low of 27,506. The index is now hovering near the day's high at 27,672 - up 111 points.The breadth is marginally positive - out of 1,714 stocks traded so far, 782 have advanced and 588 have declined on the NSE.
