The Board of Tube Investments of India will meet on 26 November 2020 for considering fund raising including through issue of capital by way of preferential issue of eligible securities to eligible investors in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
