Centrum Capital Ltd’s revenue grew by 148.9% yoy and 119.6% qoq to Rs13.67cr. EBITDA came in at Rs2.97cr against EBITDA loss of Rs51.17cr yoy and Rs5.29cr qoq. EBITDA margin stood at 21.68%. Company’s adjusted Net profit stood at Rs42.05cr, up 38.1% yoy and 599.2% qoq.

• Administrative expenses declined by 80.9% yoy to Rs9.91cr aiding EBITDA profitability.
• Employee benefit expenses declined by 83.5% yoy to Rs0.79cr.
• Finance cost declined by 21% yoy to Rs7.41cr.
• Other income stood at Rs48.92cr vs. Rs93.67cr yoy.
• For Full Year FY18 consolidate profit of the company stood at Rs31.85cr vs. Rs30.01cr in FY17.
• Other income includes gain on account of 67.5% stake sell in its subsidiary Buyforex India Ltd. For FY18, company earned profit of Rs79.90cr from this sale.
• Company has paid managerial remuneration of Rs5.86cr, which is in excess of limit of Rs3.40cr during FY18 as laid down by Section 197 of companies Act, 2013. The central government has partially allowed excess remuneration and company has made a representation for the balance.

Technical View:

Centrum Capital Ltd ended at Rs. 53.05, up by 0.8 points or 1.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 52.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 52.10 and touched a high and low of Rs. 53.70 and Rs. 51.70 respectively. A total of 2,44,519 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The stock traded above its 200 DMA.
