Centrum Capital Ltd’s revenue declined 10.6% yoy and 85.7% qoq to Rs2cr. EBITDA loss came in at Rs11cr, against Rs10cr yoy and against EBITDA profit of Rs3cr qoq. Company’s adjusted Net loss Rs17.6cr vs Adjusted Net profit of Rs8cr yoy and Rs42cr qoq.

• Administrative expenses declined by 0.5% yoy to Rs7cr.
• Finance cost grew by 38.9% yoy to Rs12cr.
• Company’s reported profit for the quarter stood at Rs314cr, which is owing to exceptional item of Rs412cr.
• Exceptional item represents: Share of profit on sale of investments of shares held by subsidiary company amounting to Rs521cr, bad debts and advances written off amounting to Rs70cr and provision for doubtful advances & diminution in value of investments made for Rs16cr.

Technical View:

Centrum Capital Ltd ended at Rs. 54.25, down by 0.2 points or 0.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 54.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 54.90 and touched a high and low of Rs. 56.80 and Rs. 53.60 respectively. A total of 5,42,493 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The stock traded above its 200 DMA.
