Global Educational Trust has a mission to give quality education to under-privileged children. They not only educate them but also transform their lives by enabling and empowering them. One of the major commitments of GET was to give high quality education to X Std students of BMC schools run by Govt. of Maharashtra as its one of the important milestones before the child / student which can shape their career ahead establishing the quality of life. GET in association with their knowledge partner MT Educare Ltd, popularly known as Mahesh Tutorials, works with a team of 500 teachers covering 135 schools where the teachers have devoted 200 hours for each student. Students were also taught via virtual classrooms where they interacted with teachers in real time. The results are hugely satisfying. The pass % gone up from 38 to 71 with 23 students scoring over 90%. Number of students taught has increased from 350 to 8900!

A very important initiative of GET is the exam helpline Humse Puchho which becomes live 24 hours before the board exams. Here, teachers are on phone calls to clear doubts, calm them down and counsel them. During the exam period, according to the subject, the respective teachers answer their queries, give them tips and make sure they are exam ready. Students can also mail their doubts or queries to the teachers. This service is absolutely free to all students in Maharashtra irrespective of which school they are in.
Every year, GET initiates a special project that is the crying need of that hour and the recent Uttarakand tragedy is one such incidence where GET adopted two schools and built it from the scratch after they were completely washed out in the flash floods.

Harish Shetty Trustee- Global Education Trust said that, Education should be made available to each and every child to make them self-reliant for their entire life. Our main purpose is to bring a difference in each and every individuals life.and cherish the smiles of innumerable children.
